Withdraw from a contract

In short. If you bought from us as a consumer, you can withdraw from your contract on this page in two steps: fill in the form below, then press Confirm withdrawal. We acknowledge your statement by email without delay.
1. Who can withdraw, and until when
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have 14 days from the day you place your order to withdraw from a distance purchase, without giving any reason.
This also applies to our digital products. The files are delivered right after payment so that you can use them at once, but this does not shorten your 14 days. Your other rights (legal guarantee, refund where a product does not work) are not affected: see Refunds & withdrawal.
2. How to withdraw
Fill in your name, the email address used for the order and your order number (it starts with #, you will find it in your confirmation email). Then press Confirm withdrawal. Your statement is sent as soon as you press the button, and the date and time are recorded. The deadline is met if you send your statement before the withdrawal period ends.
3. What happens next
We acknowledge receipt of your statement by email, with its content and the date and time we received it. If your withdrawal is valid, we refund the amount you paid within 14 days of receiving your statement, using the same payment method. Digital products cannot be returned: you must stop using the files and delete your copies.
4. If the form does not work
Send a clear statement by email to hello@hugo-durand.com, for example: “I hereby withdraw from my contract for order #… placed on … Name: … Email: …”. You can also use the model withdrawal form on the Refunds & withdrawal page.
