Refund Policy

1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

CLEARAZUR sells digital products (LUTs, PowerGrades, DCTLs, reference footage, installation guides, and related digital assets), delivered electronically by download link immediately after payment.

Because of the nature of these products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted once the order is placed and the download link has been delivered.

By completing your purchase, you expressly acknowledge and agree that:

  1. The products are digital content delivered immediately upon payment;
  2. You expressly request immediate access to the products and the issuance of the download link before the expiry of any statutory withdrawal period;
  3. You expressly waive your right of withdrawal under Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), which permits the exclusion of the right of withdrawal for the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right is thereby lost;
  4. Once the download link has been issued, the order is considered fully performed.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL — GENERAL RULE

Under French and European consumer law, consumers ordinarily have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of the conclusion of a distance contract, without having to justify their decision and without penalty.

However, this right does not apply to the supply of digital content not delivered on a tangible medium where performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost (Article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

By validating your order and accepting these terms at checkout, you confirm that you have given such express consent and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal.

3. EXCEPTIONS — WHEN A REFUND MAY BE GRANTED

A refund will be considered, on a case-by-case basis, only in the following limited situations:

  • The download link is technically broken and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe after we have been notified;
  • The product file is corrupted and a working replacement cannot be provided;
  • A duplicate order was placed in error and no download has occurred.

Refund requests must be sent to hurud.studio@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase, with proof of the issue (order number, screenshots, error messages where relevant).

When granted, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

4. EXCLUSIONS — WHEN A REFUND WILL NOT BE GRANTED

We do not refund for:

  • Compatibility issues with software versions, operating systems, or hardware not listed in the product specifications;
  • User error in installation or application of the product;
  • Dissatisfaction with creative or aesthetic results;
  • Change of mind after download.

5. CONSUMER MEDIATION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

In accordance with Articles L611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, in the event of an unresolved dispute, consumers residing in the European Union may resort to a consumer mediator or use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, in accordance with the Terms of Service.
